Door County Babymoon

Kyle and I had a great time on our babymoon to Door County this past weekend. Here is a list of the fun we had:

• Shopping in Fish Creek


• Best Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast EVER


• Cana Island Lighthouse
  
• Laying around and watching a movie
  
• Making my elephant feet look almost normal


• Visiting the Farm Market Store...I LOVE IT and the apples were perfect!
  
• Going to the drive in movie theatre - really fun!
  
• Bubble baths


• Etc.
  

Thank you to Kyle for planning this without me having to beg. You are a wonderful husband and I can't wait to see you as a Dad. :)

I have only posted a few pictures of our time because I am becoming quite the large person and can't imagine having my pictures out for the world. HAHA :)

New Apartment Pictures

Well, the video did not work. It was really great. It gave you a nice view of everything BUT I couldn't get it to upload. So, I went with the pictures. Please excuse some of the clutter...I was too lazy to clean it up before the picture taking. The Living Room.

We also have a 1/2 bath in our bedroom. The full bath is outside of our room with a laundry machine! How wonderful it is to have a laundry machine! :)

32 or 33 Weeks

32 or 33 week picture! I can't believe there is only 8 weeks left or 9 or whenever he comes out! :) This weekend Kyle and I go on our baby moon to Door County. It will be fun! I wanted to take this week picture because I feel like I majorly grew over the weekend! I won't say what Kyle did to make me have a real smile in this picture! :)

PS: I will try to load the videos that I took of the apartment tonight but one has taken 2 hours so I gave up!

Lovely Roommates

My roommates were unable to attend the baby shower so they decided to come visit my new apartment and have a little baby shower. We played some fun games that all involved crafty stuff like cutting apart Kyle's and my faces and pasting it together on a baby face. The best gift of all was Little D's First ABC book. We all took a letter and created a page and then Nikki and I stayed up til 12:30 finishing it. It is such a special thing for him to have from his Auntie Roommates. :) Here are a few pics from the evening.

My mom and mary threw us a shower this past weekend as well. It was really lovely and lots of fun! I didn't take any pictures but my mom posted some on her facebook. Beth also put some on her blog. Thank you picture takers! I will need to get some copies. :) We are so blessed to have people helping us prepare for Little D. Know that we are so thankful to have so many people in the world to love this baby and watch him grow.

Set, Hut!

Kyle taught Nala a new command tonight, "Set, Hut!" She loved it! Here is also a glimpse of right outside our patio door. Nice little yard! We are so thankful to have the patio door and yard. It makes a world of difference with Nala and with groceries! The crib is set up and the bedding should be here tomorrow so hopefully the new apartment video will have its premiere tomorrow!

OCTOBER 19

We had our appointment today and the doctor has taken the October 12th due date and pushed it back to October 19th. Some of you know how great that is to me! She did say that we are in between 31-32 weeks so really it is just a guessing game. :)
Other than that we have a very healthy baby boy on our hands. He is in the "right" position which gives me some idea of what body part is poking me at what point. The doctor showed Kyle how to feel the crown of the head by my pelvic bones. He thought it was pretty cool and I am a little jealous!

We are really enjoying our new apartment. I will post a video near the end of the week when we have the nursery finished. My parents are going to bring the crib sometime this week. The nursery is really starting to look like someone is going to live in there. We were very blessed this weekend at my shower(pictures to come soon) and the shower today from Kyle's work. We have everything we need...I think. :) We will need to pick up little things like diaper cream and baby powder(?).

Peterson Family Vacation

We had a great time up north with the fam last week. A whole week was spent floating in the water, laughing at my brothers, fishing, eating, relaxing, shopping, and getting a tan. It was a much needed break from the busy summer. We had a great time all being together for a family vacation in what has felt like years...it actually has been years. Here are a few pictures of the week, mostly of Kyle and I but that is only because there were too many pictures to put everyone on here. Thank you to my parents for providing for us so we could enjoy this week together!

One day we went to 4 waterfalls. Waterfalls are one of my favorite things. Of course, Peterson Falls was the best of the falls...very powerful!

Well I am tired now as I am doing this late at night and it is the 4th time trying before I remembered that blogger automatically saves drafts. So after my fourth draft, I finally found my first one. Annoying! :)

This week really prepared us for the up coming ones as we will be moving, having baby showers, painting, grad schooling, and getting ready for the school year! Pray for us! :)
